According to science, the smallest particle or object has not been discovered. But researchers are still trying to figure out what is actually the smallest thing present on Earth.

It was first proved that Atom was the smallest particle of an element that is indivisible, the fact that Atom was the smallest indivisible particle of an element was crossed out as ATOM itself is made up of protons, neutrons and electrons.

It was also later discovered that even proton and neutron are made up of particle called Quarks.

The minuteness of anything in planet Earth is justified by the length/diameter. Many things has been considered the smallest object or substance but another smaller would still come up in their place.
